Each year, the IRT Saint Exupéry presents the results of its professional equality index. This is a tool designed to combat pay inequalities between men and women and is compulsory for all companies with at least 50 employees.

In 2024, the IRT Saint Exupéry obtained an overall score of 86/100, a stable result compared with the previous year when the score was also 86/100. As part of its continuous improvement approach, the IRT Saint Exupéry is delighted with this result and continues to take action against professional inequality. In particular, IRT Saint Exupéry has set up a Gender Equality Plan.
